SetGo Kitchens Private Limited (“Us”, “We”, “Company” or “Our”) owns, operates and manages a website having domain name www.setgokitchens.com under the name and style of “SetGo Kitchens & Consulting” (“SetGo” or “Platform”). SetGo Kitchens is an online platform, amongst others, which is engaged in the business of establishing, operating, marketing, managing, leasing, sub-leasing, licensing, and sub-licensing shared kitchen spaces for the purpose of operating cloud kitchens and food delivery to the users (“Services”). The Privacy Policy is applicable to persons accessing, visiting, using or availing Services of or through the Platform (“Users”, “You” or “Your”).

This Privacy Policy shall apply to any person who visits, browses, uses, accesses or avails Services through the Platform. This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. Further, this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Additionally, any other information requested by Us, including the ability to receive promotional offers from Us, is optional.
